The way this will most likely all end is these so called mates turn slash rats, Totally dirtying his name with accusations not just to the cycling world but to the whole world which most telivision networks around the world aired the story from 60 minutes, Lances legal team will no doubt clean everyone out rightly so!.. if he his found not guilty and no no doubt receive millions in due time in settlement for defamation ...

Lance doesn't like courts, and is doing everything he can to avoid one, so why would he turnaround and bring it on himself?

Nothing stopping him from suing them in civil court right now. But then he would be deposed and be forced to answer the question "did you take PEDs". The answer would have to be a direct yes or no. None of the I never tested positive baloney.

That's why he is not suing them. He is trying to avoid being forced to answer that question under oath.
