LANCE: SECRET performance enhancing surgery

Forget about doping, there's performance enhancing surgery.

Lance is reported to have "underwent a radical, secret surgery to alter his physique to help cheat the wind."

For about 10 years I have suspected Lance came out of His cancer recovery with secret medical procedures to do similar things.

The question is: is lance not only "cheating the wind" but in fact cheating His competition and the sport?

The thing about it is, it really isn't that funny.

April Fools stuff ceased being funny on the net a long time ago. It is so overdone. Instead of encountering one or two good ones during the day, every site on the web feels they need to do half a dozen lame ones.

Even Youtube's upside down pages are just annoying.

Agreed...however, there were a couple of good ones today re: LA. Just enough of a whiff of realism to get the ahters fired up in a frenzy. See VN's article about LA focusing on his sprint to gain time in the upcoming GT's. Some of the haters jumped all over that one; hook, line and sinker.

Actually I have heard reports that there is some kind of gene or dna therapy that results in about a 1/3 increase in strength and endurance. However, you also become more aggressive and eat more. It was successful in mice sometime back. Perhaps it could be useful in overcoming cancer?
