A look at the Picnic roster reveals, there very few riders out of 28 who aren't too old to win (like Barguil, Degenkolb) or injured (Leemreize, Eekhoff) and actually have won something in the last years: van Uden, van den Broek, Jakobsen, de Jon, Bittner. That's pretty weak.

At this point, I honestly wouldn't get too surprised if they managed to get through the entire season without a win.
Which, I'm pretty sure would be the first time a WT team went an entire season without a single win.
Maybe they could bring Zomermaand up from the devo team, and hope he gets another win.

A whole year without a win seems a bit unrealistic. But my God, they're bad.

They're only in 30th place in the UCI ranking. Imagine if they finish outside top 30. That would make them ineligible for Grand Tours but given they're a WorldTeam, their participation is mandatory. What would happen in such a scenario? I guess they'd still participate as it's probably only wild cards who can't be given to teams outside top 30. But it would still be fun. There really should be a provision that you lose your three-year WT license if you finish cataclysmically far down on the yearly ranking (I'm thinking either below 25th or below 30th). It hasn't been needed so far under the current system, but Picnic simply have no business riding everything with a team this useless.
