Thanks :)

Then, I guess, Costa, Van Garderen and Kolobnev are the favorites for this stage, cause I expect the contenders to let the break stay in front...

costa and kolobnev are the best for this kind of finish. but i doubt the break will succeed

I can see Astana and Lampre helping out soonish and the break doomed

Sean Kelly heavily criticizing Sky's all stop and wait for Bradley, routine, effecting Thomas's and EBH's GC situation.
Have to say, if they could have stayed up in the front group, they could have always dropped back and picked up the chase, were he to remount.

i agree with him. tho uran's GC was more important then thoma's and EBH's GC

i couldn't agree more. not the wisest decision yesterday. but the heat of the moment sometimes blurs better judgement...

They won,t stay away, BMC or US Postal in another life will get them back. BMC are on the front to make a difference today, might work, might not.

I agree fully. Shame for Thomas, he's been a beast the whole week!

Geraint Thomas on Eurosport
“we’re here for Brad…” , “I would’ve lost the white jersey somewhere anyway!!”

Phil and Paul agree with Sean too. They didn't agree with having the top 10 placed riders go back and help, when so many other riders were back there to would be working to get back up.

It can't be said enough just how much Paul and Phil dislike Alberto Contador. You would think he did something personal to them.

Phil goes along with the AC bashing because it's the company line but you can tell he is a bit disgusted by it. Paul and Bob do it because they truly despise him. Phil will occasionally rebut the idiocy and will sometimes greet the idiocy with silence. He knows what reality (and integrity) is.

was amused by the statement by Phil that Andy said he is use to the rain. Phil goes on to add his belief that Alberto may not like the rain because he is so skinny.

When you factor in height and weight, I think Andy is skinnier than Alberto. Wiggo must have hated the rain because he was super skinny!

They had a whole pre race segment on AC with Bob Roll showing all the falls and crashes, but weirdly enough didn't show the Mur where he made up the 6 seconds.

Wait, Paul just said something nice, about the Spanish mountain goats on the team working to rid others to help Alberto in the mountains.

Is there hope the tide is turning or was it the mandatory one good thing in the sea of bad things?

This was exactly the comment I was referencing. It just boggles the mind how hypocritical they are with their commentary. I'm waiting with bated breath of all of the commentary about what Levi's crashes say about his form, his inability to ride in the front, etc

Cadel clearly wants an early yellow jersey, having had his team do all the work for 60 odd kms.
Finally, Vinoastana lend a hand.
Personally, I think BMC, while clearly far stronger than they have been all season, are not the smartest tools in the box.
Grafting for the reward of having to pull the peloton for a whole week, before finally, a proper mountain arrives.

I agree to a point 75% of the team will end up in the bus anyway as soon as it goes up a bit more so may as well use them for what they are good at - maybe
