They didn’t say how many millimeters.

True... I guess every rider is "millimeters from the win" in every race.
Sometimes... a lot of millimeters.

(Let's not try to calculate how many millimeters Julius Johansen was from the win...)

d'OH!
I was wondering why Honoré had suddenly disappeared from the current GC top...

Euhm.... yeah... err... I was looking at the GC for Holland...

I’m looking forward to watching Veneto tomorrow as the swan song to the road cycling season. I enjoy this race but it’s too bad the course only makes one trip through the dirt/gravel roads of the Diesel Farm (on the final). That section has a nice low-key Strade Bianchi vibe. https://www.venetoclassic.com/percorso

It's such a great race and parcours. And with no Del Toro, it's not even a given who wins.

Japan cup: Looks like little Lenny went berserk.
Ion and Maisonobe getting some points for Cofidis, but too little too late.

Fun fact, this is the picture used for Axelgaard's preview on TV2:

I guess he - Martinez, not Axelgaard - lived up to the favourite role.

Probably the same as before.
they added one lap. Here's the new climb they do instead, topping with 3.5k to go

edit: followed by this, 1.5k before the finish
