This, I just don't get why they didn't get their advantage. They needed more than 3 minutes to survive that anyways, they had no chance.

That's not a fair comment tho, Pericas rode at the front for like a minute. The question is why did Majka himself do a 2 min pull before Pericas. Weird tactics sure.

Well, obviously Majka was riding for him to begin with, but they changed plans as it became evident that Pericas was on the limit.
