Coverage is expected to start at around 13:00. The first amateur edition back in 1997 was won by Josef Christen, the father of Jan and Fabio.

2023 winner and runner-up from last year, Michael Boroš, is riding once again, but is facing competition from the likes of good old Riccardo Zoidl, former Volta winner Colin Stüssi and the 2025 revelation Paul Wright (Moran Vermeulen, who finished second two years ago, is now a DS at Team Vorarlberg, so we won't get to find out who's the strongest brother of a successful skier).

Paul Wright's young teammate Jaka Marolt, who was part of the early breakaway, leads by 40 seconds on the last lap, but Stüssi is trying to close the gap.

Stüssi got visible contact over the top of the climb, but he couldn't catch Marolt in the descent and wasn't far away from getting caught himself. Marcin Budzinski won the sprint for third.
