All races should have some puncheur hills in the last 10km.. Everyone comes over, almost. BUt it makes for a better race. xD

This was a puncheur finish, he seems to do it all indeed.

He beat Maxim Van Gils on a finish perfectly suited to the latter. Really impressive. I sort of expected Brennan to win here, but when you look at how he did it... what a talent.

Indeed, and Jonas Vingegaard and Remco Evenepol have won this race before ; maybe Brennan will be the same success.

With the bonus seconds on the final stage in mind, Langelotti needs north of 20 seconds, Christen would need to take almost half a minute, and everyone else is in a worse spot. A Brennan GC win actually looks fairly probable here courtesy of Van Gils' time loss yesterday.

Oh he had a chance had he waited to go all in at his last attempt instead of doing 2 before the last one .. Nerves, tactics and experience let him down.. He was the strongest i think.

You are correct after i checked it, he has competed in ToN but never won. I though i heard the commentators say that he won, but apparently he only participated.. xD
