That last straight is just brutal. It's dead straight, and not all that steep, but it feels like it goes on forever and you're just staring at the top, after nearly 30k of climbing, wondering why you keep pedalling and it doesn't seem to be getting any nearer.

Visma threw around that stage by using their riders too early. They needed to hold off until 8kms to go in the climb and then up the pace. riders will beriding LeCerf in the future.
