I swear Kockelmann tried to do a leadout there cause he went from super far and Grisel (I think) was a few spots behind him. If so, stupid choice from the team cause Kockelmann is always faster than Grisel.

Grisel finished 3 minutes down. Maybe involved in that crash just outside 3km. Rota was the only other Lotto rider in the peloton according to the preliminary PCS results.

Must be a mistake in the results, there's another Lotto guy in top 10 with rain jacket on. Maybe it's not Grisel but someones missing in the results. He was always in Kockelmanns wheel the last few kilometers till like 400m to go

First Cycling has registered Grisel in 12th, so it's quite possible that he's changed bikes without moving the transponder.

Kocklemann is legit. Lotto should let him sprint whenever there's a chance. He's very talented.

Koeckelman did a similar long sprint to win a stage ofL'Avenir in 2025. he's a decent sprinter.
