Watts2Win has everyone at like 6.5 w/kg for 30 minutes. Obviously, easy stage, but they've got that as the second best performance in a long climb (30 minute ish or more) climb this season, after Vingegaard in Catalunya.

True, but the last time he's performed remotely well on a mountain stage at least six days into a race is more than seven years ago and I don't think a monster climb is great for him either.

If everyone is a PB or SB it's just very likely conditions were much more favorable than anticipated and the +/- adjustment in the index is comically wrong.

The gradients are mostly pretty low and tomorrow is a way better opportunity to have a seriously reduced sprint, so I'm not sure if it makes that much sense to full send on the climb today.
