Did Jesper Mørkøv just refer to Tsgabu Grmay as Biniam Girmay's brother?
Their surnames aren't spelled the same. They're not even from the same country!

Who would ever listen to anything Jesper Mørkøv says? It's incredible how lousy commentators Eurosport sometimes manage to hire. At least René Wenzel is not on air very much anymore.

Love that Gp Plouay Ouest France is a WT race and doesn't have its own thread. Shows how bad of a race it is

I don't think it's that bad, actually. But I would imagine this is a pre-emptive strike by you to undermine a possible Van Aert win? ;)

It's certainly much better than when it was a circuit race. Now, they would just benefit from not colliding with the Vuelta and Deutschland Tour.

Well its not Flanders or Roubaix, but I agree the racing itself is not bad on this course (although there appears to be quite a few crashes)

I more meant the reputation of the race, its a WT race but is not really cared about by the cycling world. Maybe it's a calender position issue, maybe it's just lacking something as a race. Certainly I will be thinking about vuelta and then deutchland today before this.

I had forgotten both Belgian Pozzato and Pogacar were starting. Good opportunity for both to add to their points tallies. Of course if Van Aert wins, he is still a Belgian pozzato, 9 years ago Pozzato himself won

Wout attacking repeatedly, and winning the spring against De Lie with a great leadout..
20-year-old sprinters normally have no business making the final sub-20 rider group in a hilly 250k WT race, fourth is an incredible result for De Lie even with the season he's had.

Axel Laurance was my second biggest favourite for this race before today.

The guy is having an insane season too. People don't see it because he rides for B&B but the kid is only one year older than De Lie. 2nd here is incredible. I'm a fan.

Both Laurence and De Lie performed insane today. It's like you said, they shouldn't have survived that. It was actually made really hard too.

Because he swerved across the road and didn't hold his line. But he didn't hit Naesen, who was obviously going backwards anyway, so there probably won't be a penalty.
He did, yes, but he never endangered anyone and didn't make anyone break so I don't see why he should be disqualified. I mean, you should be able to change lanes all you want as long as you don't mess with anyone else.

"Insane" might be a stretch. De Lie has won 9 races, Laurance 0. But yes, he seems very promising.

Also, how is Sagan not able to be top 90 here? Does he ever plan on training a little again?
