I'm so confused by Tour of Norway being referred to as the "first" edition this year.
Isn't it just the continuation/revival of the race that was called, well, Tour of Norway until 2021, and then Tour of Scandinavia in 2022 and 2023 (ignoring Sweden), and then cancelled last year?
Now back to simply being in Norway?

No, the Ladies Tour of Norway/Tour of Scandinavia/Battle of the North is dead and gone. This race is organised by the men's Tour of Norway organisers who weren't involved with the other races.

The women's Volta a Catalunya next week will be climbing the Coll de Pal! First time in a pro race since 2005's Setmana Catalana when some young Liberty Seguros espoir called Alberto Contador won.

And the Coll de Pal has a fairly unique role in world cycling as something that me and Sepp Kuss will shake hands in mutual agreement and support on like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Carl Weathers in Predator.
