Down to almost 3 minutes now. Pogacar still main favourite. Then Seixas, then still remco despite the shenanigans.
A crazy upset would be magnificent though

I think the favourite for 3rd is Hatherly, actually or Ulissi. Bit old and bit weak over 200km even in his prime, but if he rides smart, he can beat Evenepoel...

Well to be fair the first 150 km of Liege are usually incredibly dull. The whole race has been boring for many years now.

Its just today legendary stuff is happening and we need pictures
It´s not l´Aquila 2010. It will only be legendary if the breakaway succeeds, which won´t happen.

3.15, it's over fo remco, congratulations to pogacar and his team
They could decrease the gap but they not catching them before they hit the climbs imo. Where UAE & Decathlon should have little left if they have to pull hard up until that point.

Remco could then drag along a few riders over some of them climbs, riders pitching in with pulling. Before dropping them later.

I would say advantage Remco right now.

Just gotta see how things develop.

Hopefully it starts just before it comes back and we get to see how awkward it all is, could even be treated to a decent scrap.

They're about to hit the turning point in Bastogne, so wind will change direction as well, but that should have a much smaller effect with such large groups.

A decision needs to be made if they want to start going themselves by the time they hit the Stockeu.

I don't see a situation where both gruops just ride to La Redoute.
Me neither, and G1 needs to decide if they now actually want to go for it, or let G2 come back. Sure Evenepoel is there, and you basically are giving him the win, but you can't expect him and Denz to do all the work against a bigger peloton. The weaker teams in that G1 have to decide if they want to go for their top 10-20 position or just finish top 50 later.

There are no images, all that is known is that a crash split the peloton in two.
I see the work behind is starting to decretase the gap.
Hope that UAE, even if they waste Sivakov or whoever and Decathlon can get the break. They are not specially interested to catch soon, just to put the split at 1 minute.

There's a lot of riders who are probably not good enough to ride and have anything left in the finale, if you exclude those there's probably not quite enough firepower in front.
