No gain is very questionable. Race has been very hard and his team worked a lot to comeback, I don't know if they still have 60 km in them to put a hard tempo.
after stavelot it gets very static and then its more about just keeping the front and stay in position until redoute

Cause remco will have done marginally more work
They lost 30 seconds on Haussire where Wellens dumped the fillings from the peloton. That's where G1 were not cooking themselves. Just saying you can't know for sure if following wheels in G1 was worse than in G2.

In any way, the current scenario has Pog winning written all over it. Decathlon should have played this better not helping UAE at all, forcing UAE to cook all their domestiques, Seixas trying following Pog when he goes, and hope for the best.
