Today I would just watch him and his burn rate, UAE still keeping heat on the front, Bernal, Seixas, Remco need to be there.. Nothing bold or disruptive yet..I am thinking Remco is going to jumpI'm being sarcastic. People keep acting as if there's two or three favourites to these races when in actual fact there's One. If you don't race against Pogacar and disrupt his race, you will not win.
Or 2-3 more teammates for Evenepoel. Could've made it interestingSeixas missing the break in the first place is a catalysmic blunder to begin with
Guy doesn't panic..his cadence looks great, relaxedSeixas missing the break in the first place is a catalysmic blunder to begin with
Sadly I think there's just very few riders and teams who believe they can win, such that they don't spot the opportunities when they're there, and the few who can win just decide when they want to do so.so much potential and now we're back to regular racing. kinda sad
Agreed - do we know how the split was formed. I’ve seen reference to a crash but also suggestions it was formed before the crash. However if it was formed before the crash the composition is surprising as I’d expect more representation from one team. Picnic had 5 but fact Red Bull only had denz and Remco and the strenght of other riders suggests it was probably crash induced rather than forced?Or 2-3 more teammates for Evenepoel. Could've made it interesting
He alone would not have changed anything. If both he and Remco had 4 teammates each and Ineos as they were maybe then, but the way it was it was never going to work.Seixas missing the break in the first place is a catalysmic blunder to begin with
It went from being a legendary race with Remco attacking after a crash, that stopped a majority of the peloton, to the front group being caught and now its boring.Did I miss something?
No but it's his only condition to win, especially given that Pogacar is always asleep in the first hour.He alone would not have changed anything. If both he and Remco had 4 teammates each and Ineos as they were maybe then, but the way it was it was never going to work.
And if UAE let the above mentioned scenario happen then they deserve to lose.
Nothing at all.Did I miss something?
Give some examples. No but it's his only condition to win, especially given that Pogacar is always asleep in the first hour.
