The good thing for Seixas is he's good enough to win most races against anyone including Vingegaard but except pogacar. the bad thing is i don't think there is much room for improvement.

It’s a strange vibe today. Pogačar might win, but I don’t think he’ll be happy with how it happened. He looked genuinely shocked that he couldn't just drop Seixas with his usual snap. Honestly, I’m shocked too. If Seixas stays on this trajectory, the 'Pogačar Era' might reach its sunset a lot sooner than anyone—Tadej included—ever saw coming.

But why would you think that when just recently he took a big leap forward from already a great level last year?
