One could confusingly conclude that you are a "hater" (whatever that actually means) of Contador with your (I'm guessing) tongue-in-cheek prognostications that he'll never return to Tour glory. Would you then consider yourself worthy of being banned?

Nope, I'm advocating a serious perplexity regarding hatred and rooting against any rider (Schleck, Wiggins, Voeckler, Armstrong,...). Some Contador fans say in other forum section "~~~~ing Pharmstrong". What to say? It is complete idiotism.

Of course not. Unlike some posters I don't say "Hey, I'm a hater, love me" or "he said bad things on my rider thus he should burn in hell". Before Contador got banned, I had spoken regarding his doping saga very reservedly, saying only that I don't get for what he proclaimed himself to be a face of a new clean cycling. There were lots of ways to avoid of pathos statements, but he decided to extract a maximum value even out of it trying to raise his image higher.

"He'll never win the Tour anymore" is an absolutely independent opinion and I motivated the reasons many times.

To be honest, I would ban haters and any who roots against someone [surely if one is not a hard-boiled doper] purposefully and is proud of that on the forum. I treat all riders but Andy, Kloden and my compatriots absolutely the same way and always glad when one grew up , raised his level (Nibali, Rujano, Gesink...whoever) and ready to congratulate their fans, shake their hands, etc because the guys deserved, they suffered some achievements. But if someone roots against and wishes someone to failure for lack of a rider to support... It's highly unworthy. Such people are not cycling fans.

Сertainly. I handle them unibiasedly as far as it is possible depending on circumstances. Probably, it's hard believe as I'm a very enthusiastic and poetic towards my riders but it is so.

Don't simplify. I was specifying "depending on circumstances". Naturally, it is impossible to percieve Contador, Millar and say Pinotti absolutely the same way.
