Another race ruined by a professinoal bicyclist not being able to ride his bicycle
Might be a good time to start considering driver's licenses for pro cyclists. I can't ride my car 150k/h near schools but these jokers can have dozens hospitalised without permit. Tsss.

Seriously though, maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to have riders do some basic tests before turning pro, just to sift out the Jay Vines.
