List of Riders with ID#s

I've found 2, one on UCI which has a RiderID which is 11-digits. Another from cqranking.com which has a UCI_Code that appears to be a nationality (3-letter) followed by date of birth in YYYYMMDD format. There is also a Rider_ID, which I have no idea the source of.

I'm in a Tour de France "rotisserie league" each year, and the list of riders and prices provided is terribly inconsistent in terms of spelling, so I'm trying to get ahead of it this year and get the sponsor to use a more normalized list with ID numbers.

Are there other/better rider ID lists out there?
