Looking for a particular British Columbia frame builder

Sometimes my google skills completely fail me. This guy doesn't market himself as a bike builder, but he's built frames (prototypes at least) for Chromag. I was just on his sit a few weeks ago but now I can't find my way back to it.

Anyone know who I'm talking about?
