Looking for GPS beacon to track my racers in real time

I know UCI and other pro races use ultra small GPS transmitters to track individual racers in real time, using GSM or other type networks. They are the size of a key, are waterproof, and are not Garmin style- handlebar mount devices. Any body know who sells these, or is a North American distributor? thanks
