What's the difference with Qatar?

As the previous point made perfectly clear, the difference is Mallorca just lets teams ride as many people as they like, whereas other 'races' tend to conform to the standard number of riders for that category of race.

Please feel free to start a pointless debate about this, but I won't be joining you.

What's the difference with Qatar?

The difference is that the people who choose Qatar tend to be those peaking for the classics who are further along their preparation and tend to take the race more seriously.

I would say this could be the start of a return for Farrar but then this is February, he's been beat by Kenny, and I never really rated him before his decline either.
