Tamoxifen doesn't stimulate test production, it is an estrogen blocker, used commonly in breast cancer where estrogen suppression is part of the treatment.
As a PED it's useless by itself as it doesn't increase test, what it can point to however is the prior use of exogenous testosterone. Taking testosterone suppresses natural test production, after finishing taking testosterone you can experience a period of weeks (sometimes months) where your gonads have been suppressed by the outside source of test and aren't producing their own, in this gap until your body starts producing its own test again it's essential to use an estrogen blocker like Tamoxifen to avoid estrogen being the dominant hormone in the body and wasting what the use of testosterone gave in the first place.
There are meds out there to stimulate the gonads into test production earlier but Tamoxifen isn't one of them, Proviron and HCG stimulate test production after a period of suppression by an external testosterone source.

Sorry, but you got a lot of things wrong in this post. First of, Tamoxifen is a SERM just like Clomiphene. Infact they are estrogenic. But in their potency they are much weaker than estrogen with a higher binding affinity to the estrogen receptors. Therefore they trick the pituarity gland into producing more LH and FSH which will lead to increased testosterone production. Studies, however, showed that igf-1 will be reduced, estrogen elevated and HCT not changed, which pretty much makes this drugs useless as PEDs. More likely is that he used it to restore his own hormone production after using other surpressing substances.

Which leads me to HCG and Proviron. HCG mimics LH in our body and therefore leass to increased testosterone production. As it mimics LH, the body will shut down the own LH production. HCG is therefore suppressive and contraindicated in PCT.

Proviron is a DHT derivative, which is suppressive. It will not shut down testosterone production completely, but is absolutely the wrong substance to use for PCT.

Does anyone else wonder if companies have their legal teams writing 'if your team is caught doping you'll be forced to pay back all winnings' into contracts anymore, because it seems like that was a one time deal just for Lance & Postal...? Makes me wonder if doping is even mentioned when big sponsors are getting on board, surely they need to protect their brand?

They're dirty as heck.

With that said, what makes them different from Sky, Astana, or Movistar?
