what are they saying?

When TV was showing Jeans Voigt chasing for Leopard, he reminded an edition of Tour, probably 2004, when Discovery was chasing every single break where Voigt was.
At some point he went to Bruyneel's car and asked "aren't we spending too much energies for chasing down all these breaks?" and Bruyneel answer was "we ever rode like this".
On the first mountain stage Lance found himself alone, and Discovery changed strategy.

As for Ullrich, he mentioned about his weight problem like in Giro 2001 when he was 15kgs over his form weight and he would start every stage with nothing on his pocket.
Along the stage get the food's bag but trow almost everything away.
Savoldelli said that a normal person would get sick after just few stages like that, but Ullrich lost 10kgs in that Giro.
