That's why 3 days would be sufficant.
Whether ebandit is a troll or not is debatable but it's clear he is very annoying and doesn't actually engage in discussion. Considering ebandit just came back from a rather suspicious "hack" I think banning posters who are unsure what transpired is a little unfair.
Alas the mods run the forum so we have to respect their decision.

It seems like a backwards way to run a forum to ban good posters that contribute to the forum, while the newest vickers and joachim accounts are allowed to continue to post

Considering the support given to you after the "hack" you should be a little more appreciative to your fellow forum members. By all means enter into discussion but if several posters adopted a posting style to yours the place would shut down!
Think about it and be good if you could show a little consideration to those who gave you the benefit of doubt.
