what is that? is it wearing a sports-bra? is it some kind of triathlete?

That right there is German Uber Triathlete Faris al Sultan, previous winner of the Ironman World Champs (Kona)
He is well known for his old school attire - Namely, he still rocks the speedo on the bike and run, and wears the half tri top or "Man Kini" or Bro-Bra!

He is a Tri beast and despite his "kit" deserves mad respect! :D

I'm sure he does - I remember when triathletes first started hitting the local peloton - I hated them. Single minded, generally poor social skills, didn't know squat about riding in a group, arrogant on top of all that, and rude as all get out, but they rode everybody into the ground.

Oooops, OT. Gotta go now.

Agree.

Yeah - Tri folk tend to stick to themselves when it come to Bike Training....well, here they do.

A bit like skiers and snowboarders, both have a similar love, but conflicting styles & attitudes
We used to have some Tri folks ride with our Saturday morning World Champs bunch ride, hammer fest, ride like a idiot for 3 hours....agree, they can dish out the hurt on the flat, straight roads putting many a roadie in "The Box", but take them on a hilly, rolling undulating long ride with lots of short sharp intense efforts and they're -Piped out the @ss faster than you can say "Where the is my Disc wheel, Tri Spoke, Aero Helmet and Aero Bars" - :D
