Well, Cuddles has T-A and 2 Romandie victories versus 2 DL and one Catalunya. All other victories are really small races that don't weight up against the Tour. But Bala Verde is younger, but still don't see him ever win the Giro or Tour now. Perhaps another Vuelta or 2 is possible. Although it's rumored that next year Tour will have a lot of medium mountain stages...
