Decomble is a pretty good time trialist by the looks of it. Reading the comments here, it appears he's not a top notch climber though, so he'll probably not hold on to first place.

He was third in the pseudo-MTT at Gran Camiño earlier this year behind Gee and Piganzoli, also setting the third time split on the climbing part of the route. It'll take a special effort to hold on here but I wouldn't write him off completely.

Yeah, I just got confused because there were riders on the road, but I couldn't see the live update anywhere.
Turns out - when I looked a little closer, and noticed the length of hair on the riders - that it was the women's race I was looking at.
