It doesn't matter if he's just a amateur or best rider in the world. The sentence should be the same.
He's doing his time and when he returns in 2012 I will enjoy watching him again.

Other things back in 2012 are Liege tdf prologue, hilly world championships, and the olympics (though crap course).

As long as they don't give the olympics winner a special jersey (ffor 4 freaking years) I don't really care about that race. Unless it's awesome. Like it is most of the times.
