Still don't think Quickstep is the best team for him, 2 years in a row he was too tired in the Tour.

He was overraced at the Tour, and I don't think he should (at the moment) be going for 3 week stage races. But I thought he was looking fairly fresh at the ToB.

I don't feel at all bad for saying I hope so. Is he a rider who can win Flanders AND Liege? Or at least Flanders and La Fleche? And what about Lombardy this year? He's gotta be a favorite now.

Last two seasons?

Sagan's 2013 was great, and he did quite a few things last season that he didn't do in 2012. This season has of course been very poor for his standards,. But I don't think the issue is his ability - rather just about everything else (mental, physical prep, tactics, sucky team). We'll see what he does with Tinkoff.

Anyway, I really hope Kwiat and Sagan become a proper rivalry over the next few years for stages and one-day races. It would be very exciting.

Kwiatkowski showed earlier in the year that he had the potential to win this race. I'm not surprised at the result. I think he is already a better rider than Sagan. I'm sure Sagan can bounce back but he has to decide what sort of races to concentrate on. The change of teams could help Sagan. It did wonders for Evans, and Goss will be hoping the same but his slump was a major one. Great ride by Kwia. I am happy for him.

This is what I am hoping too! Right now Kwiato looks like he has pulled ahead but there is still plenty of time for Sagan to sort out what is best for his career. I hope it will be a focus on Classics for both of them and we see an exciting rivalry between these two for years to come.

Glad to see, that they finally seem to accept, that he is no GC-rider and maybe never will be. He has so many other strengths. Hills, time trialing, a decent sprint and gets over cobbles fairly well. He is just not build for the high mountains and that is not a shame.

I think he will tranisition to a stage racer. But not now. When's he's much older. 27 and up.

First week of Tour is quite amazing for him. He should be thinking of getting yellow for few days at least.

The TT suits him to a tee, won't win likely, but Top 5 there. Then get yellow at Huy and just keep it for that whole week. Let it go on first moutain and go for stage wins.

Almost the same he said in every interview so far in the offseason: He will start in January in Argentinia, obviously targets the classics but will maybe let Uran ride the Tour. Although there is an interesting first week at the Tour where he could eventually take yellow, he said there is just not enough of time trialing to be a factor in the end. He knows that he is not the best climber so he may opt for the Giro. But Etixx still is analysing his last season and will determine wheather he or Uran will ride the Tour or the Giro.

On a side note he said that he is not afraid of the curse of the rainbow jersey. He said he got it through hard work and dedication and will only improve when keeping up the hard work. It is an honor to wear the stripes, even though he is a bit disappointed that only he gets the glory, cause all 9 of them did incredibly well on that day in September.

Is there any chance he can hold on to the likes of Porte or Majka I'm the mountain stage to take out the GC. Lots of racing to go but his form last year showed he couldn't (was it Tierreno?) ,however he is a super strong rider uphill.
