Any news on Landas program before the tour ? My body is ready for some real Landa-hype again. July is going to epic! All the movistar drama and the #Freelanda hashtags all over social media.

His next race is Suisse, along with Quintana and Valverde. Still not entirely sure that's the smartest thing to do, but I also don't run that team.

Could be smart to have them all race together one time before the Tour though. Try the 3-race leader thing out.

If they were going to try it out shouldn't they have done it sooner and made sure it has a chance to work. Instead of at Suisse where they've already committed to all three at the Tour and possibly the Vuelta (Valverde and Landa definitely). If it doesn't work they're basically have no options.

He was sorta nowhere today, maybe tired from yesterday ? Hope he can light it up in July :)
What? Tired after a little attack with no tactical sense?
He just doesn't have the form.
Light up? Maybe.
Since he was last years Climber of the year in the forum after being the best climber in the mythical Vuelta a Burgos, lets hope he can do something.
Looks more like he'll put in nonsense attacks which will go nowhere then whine that he was called back to help Quintana.

How on earth does the tactical meaningfulness of an attack influence the fatigue induced by said attack?

It doesnt.
He doesnt have the form.
He's apparently building his form. Learning from Nibs.

Landa's form seems pretty funny to you....
Anyways, hopefully he can improve his legs in the next few weeks. For the sake of the tour and race, i hope Moviestar is strong :)

Sure is funny.
He wants to be co-leader at Movistar at the TdF. For that, you need to show the form and the tact to be able to lead a race like the Tour. He's not a Froome, Nibs or Valverde who've been around for years killing GTs.
His mouth speaks more than his legs it seems.
Plus his nonsensical attacks....God help him. It seems he attacks more for the sake of doing it than it making sense/taking time.
He hasnt convinced me one bit...I'm sure his manager and his DS aren't convinced either.

Remember this is a team that learned to deal early on with Valverde and the mistakes he makes that has cost him any numerous number of races. Although the difference there is Valverde is also one of the more prolific winners even with the number of races he could have won if he had raced them just a little differently.
Landa does talk a lot which is part of the fun of Landa. He also has a lot of potential, but he actually needs someone to teach him. Or maybe someone to figure out how to teach him.

It is possible that he wasn't pushing himself at all today. There is no way he lose that much time in a ITT. Even last year, he was nowhere in the first week at TDF, and look where he finished in the standings. Let's not jump to any conclusions yet.

Yup.
Conserving himself so that he can train better next week.
