Why have Trek been the ones to ride all day? Seems they’d benefit the most from an easier overall race. Unless they want to blunt the power of attacks on the 2 climbs?

Problem with Hatch is that if you're just listening in the background, you can't tell whether someone's fallen 100 feet into a ravine or just had a minor spill because his reactions are the same for both.

Capo Berta, steepest hill of the day. My best memory of it was the 2014 edition with Cannondale drilling it, Sagan sitting in 2nd wheel.

I hope Cavendish got a good contract out of Vino, should've just kept Superman and took their chances with the Spanish police.

Pace wasn't that high between Capo Berta and Cipressa judging by the fact that the break didn't get caught that quickly
