“Jama Aden has not been used by British Athletics in 2016,” the spokesman said. “As a result of the improvements to our best practice, our world class podium performance athletes were accompanied [by a BA representative] at all times in 2016 training camps. All Aden did last year, for a very short period of time, was to hold a stopwatch and shout out times to athletes as they completed their track sessions. There was no coaching or anything technical involved.

Being defended by a spokesperson that sounds like Bagdad Bob is a sign that the end is just around the corner...

Several pictures later emerged showing them running, travelling back from the track and dining together but a source close to Farah said: ‘He is so focused on his training that he often doesn’t know the identity of other athletes around him.’

This is the best part for me.

Just taking lap times, anyone could have done it

Aye, you would think he could at least multi task, like, er, weighing the guys each morning ;)

Mo Farah, Radcliffe.
Too big to fail,
full stop.

Not too big to fail, just well aligned.

To think just as Coe is cleaning up the Russian problem from the very mess he created, Mo is doping like its 1999 in Ethopia. It's just too funny.

"He doesn't know who he's with while he's dining with them?!"
Sweden's Housing Minister used that excuse earlier this year before he got fired...

Mo has gone full Vino circa 2006-2007 era with false training locations, lying about whereabouts... British media to pick this up 3, 2, never...

Farah is too focused in his training that he's not aware of where he is training.

Jama Aden bust info -
Sweden's Dagens Nyheter reports that a Swedish whistleblower contacted Sweden's Atheletics Association and they passed info on to The Swedish Sports Confederation (Riksidrottsförbundet) after OS 2012 in London with information after talking to one of Aden's athletes.
Jama Aden used Sweden as a pre-OS training place since several atheletes including Genzebe Dibaba, have Swedish Ulf Saletti as manager. (Saletti does not want to talk to the media ... surprise!)
IAAF and Wada have supposedly investigated Aden for at least two years.
Several atheletes involved are not taking part in the Diamond League meetings in Oslo and Stockholm because of "injuries".

As a slight aside... say Mo is completely 100% clean. Could it be considered Performance Enhancing to train with athletes who dope? After all you'd be training with a form of pacemaker, whose sole purpose is to lower times.

I think Mo was inspired by Chariots of Fire (A good film, btw). There was no way he was going to lose the race once he got up to speed. Salazar was/is pumped, I am sure. I wonder what athletes like Kara Goucher feel when they see anybody that works with Salazar getting medals.

Well she did retweet this:

Chris Chavez ‏@ChrisChavezSI
Shalane Flanagan in sixth and battling to move up.
You never know with this track and field climate whether 4th or 5th can get a medal

She has been profuse with her support of certain runners, and completely quiet about others (Rupp being among the latter).
While we may want her to be outspoken, she still does have her career look after.

Once she retires though, I expect a VERY interesting autobiography.

Michael Johnson's contortions - hilarious. "marginal gains, errrrrr ...training harder, errrr... being professional, focussed performances" Paula nodding in agreement.

I wonder if Mo's ever tried some cycling. MoBot for TdF!
