The problem is that there is only one fanboy/girl over here. And I hate having a conversation with myself.

Now you´re just a dramaqueen. Both you and i now there are plenty fanboys/fangirls around this place who likes to hang around with you. After all you did get a lot of support in the thread, didn´t you? This wont be a problem at all. But it looks like Susan got her final say so it seems its not up for discussion.

So, what was the purpose of starting up the "i love Alberto-thread in the first place"? I mean if you fear talking to yourself now, wasnt that an issue back then?

No because there was a possibility to discuss other things in that thread as well.

I'm disappointed because Susan told me to start a thread where I could post all my nonsense, so I did. Then it was changed into a discussion thread but the mods told me I could still post pictures etc in it. And now all of a sudden all of that is forbidden. And what bothers me most is that no one has ever complained about me posting non-cycling performance stuff before.

Seriously, moderators, if you don't want me here just say "You're not welcome here" like you did to other posters before. But stop playing these sick games. Every day there is a new rule and you won't stop till there's nothing I can post anymore. And all that because I'm a bit over the top. Sick.

You now have what you want so dearly. You can have highly intellectual cycling performance discussions. I'll keep my pictures, videos, tweets, articles and other nonsense out of here.

I didnt know anything about the story of this thread why i took for granted it was a discussion thread. I personally reacted when that discussion after that video was posted took place which i thought was a wrongstep in the thread. As i said i may have overreacted a little, especially when i didnt have this knowledge. That was a wrong turn on my behalf.

With that being said. I still think you are overreacting here (probably more then when Alberto wins) and i offer another suggestion: Calm yourself down and go back and reclaim your thread. You have shown that you have deep knowledge of your guy which is very valuable for the discussion. It is when you get a little worked up it get a little overboard (and we still need rules on a forum).

It makes me happy to see you now understand me better. I know I'm overreacting, that's what I always do. The thing is that when it's about Alberto it feels like it's getting personal.

I will only go back and reclaim my thread when the mods give me the go-ahead and I want to be able to post pictures and oneliners with lots of smilies again. I know the last conversation I had there with that other person of whom I forgot the name was a bit too much, but in my defense it was done with a bit of

I've never seen anyone say they have a problem with the pics I post except that one moment when parrulo said I should put multiple pics in one post. I would disagree when you say that people lose track of the so called cycling performance discussions because I spam the thread with pics and links and tweets. I take part in lots of discussions in the thread and I would say there is a 50:50 ratio between pics/fangirl ramblings and cycling performance discussion posts. I think everyone should be able to live with this. Besides because of the quote function the "cycling performance" discussions are easy to follow and to track.

It is after all the only place where I can post such things and I try to keep that talk out of the other threads as much as possible. If I can no longer post it there I can no longer post on this forum.

Also Susan always refers to the thread as the "fangirl thread" and whenever I post something outside of this thread that borders on fangirling she tells me to keep that kind of talk in the "fangirl thread". Even though I don't like it when she says that she does have a point. My point: if I can no longer post my fangirl **** in what's supposed to be the fangirl thread, what's left for me to post?

Anyway I'm going to stop now because I'm starting to repeat myself

I'm sorry, no. I do like the idea behind it but I don't think it will work. Besides if I create that thread mods will jump on me whenever I post a pic outside that thread.

I like AC too but not more then a damn good rider. If people takes the sport, or everything around them which is not connected to the personal integrity, personal then misunderstanding is doomed to occur.

A quick mention here: It was me who adressed the "problem" with smilies and one-liners so it is me you should blame there. I only noted Parrulo put the hammer down after that video had been posted. Of course, he should speak for himself, but i dont think pictures should be any problem. Cinteq posted some pictures earlier and that worked well.

I never said, either, that you dont discuss with reason. But, i have to admit, i have been a little upset at you after your moodswings towards AC after Arrate, which created a very strange spirit, so my judgment may have been clouded. I generally dont like flip-flopers (makes me think of Manchester United-fans) but that was before i realised you take everything personal.
