I am sure airstream knew for how long he was banned because when you're banned, you get a screen saying until when you're banned.

Airstream is on about the fact that Netserk didn't mention the length of the ban even when people asked him.

1) when you try to log when banned you see the reason why you was banned and for how long. Trust me I have tried it myself...

2) There were good reasons why the post didn't explicit state that he was perma-banned. Review the ban thread and you will see that it isn't uncommon that it read "(username) has been banned for (reason)".

The reason was that a (IMO funny) post of mine created a "public outcry".

because he stopped, I guess. As I said repeatedly, we did not ban thehog out of the blue. He walked straight into it.

And by the way, a banned user is always able to defend himself. Just mail Susan or Dan. Some people did and some got unbanned.

So, Race Radio's lies, time after time, couldnt be considered as baiting? Well, to be frank, I find that just terrible moderating. RR has some authority on the interwebz, when he's placing false information in the eyes of people that should be adressed. I have read his posts where he accuses members of trolling him when members have clearly brought up EVIDENCE the Radio was wrong. Yet, you ban the hog for adressing this? You can ban me then too, I called him a liar in this case on several occasions.

That is not right, that is saying ''hey Race, you can post anything on here, you have the truth in your hands''.

And I have adressed the Radio in the appropriate thread on this, the good fella/women refuses to answer.
