Most non-Dutch people think orange is hideous, not euskaltel orange, but Rabo-orange / Dutch orange.

But when you say that, you tend to offend the entire nation :p

i don't know one single person that likes the current rabo kit.

I actually like the current Rabo kit. Flies the Dutch colors and easy to see when they are on the move in the peloton. I also like Euskaltel's jerseys.

Columbia HTC's jerseys are ugly. They should have stuck with last years design. I was so hoping Astana would have become Nike-Livestong so that they would have a different kit, if nothing else. Cervelo's kit is not that bad. Was better in black but can't blame them for not wanting to ride in black when it is hot out. The brown in the AG2R kit looks more grey on tv so it seems more understated than I thought it would be. Nevertheless, the old jersey was better.

I too will line up for the stoning, but I like Garmin's kit. It's probably just my flawed fashion sense, but the argyle is cool. I'm not a big fan of what they do with national champs jerseys, but today, as seen with Pozatto, most of them aren't too cool with an old schooler like me.

Also, I am an American, and have a bent toward US teams. Garmin is my current favorite (I guess I lined up for 2 stonings), and the Argyle has grown on me.

LOL, no stoning for having an opinion..
I live close enough to Garmin's HQ to see the kit in person often. I have nothing against the team. Actualy my 2 "favorite" riders are on that team but still think the kit is really ugly. Last year's TDF kit for Garmin was much better, except for the white shorts IMO.

I'm hopeing for a miracle and DZ to win the tour... maybe I'll buy a winning lottery tickets too!

I have to say the AG2R was starting to grow on me a teeny tiny bit (trying to convince myself the shorts were a nice chocolate brown rather than, well, poo brown)...then I saw Nocentini putting on the yellow jersey and he looked like he was wearing a brownie uniform!

This is one instance where I hope he does go for a full yellow getup tomorrow.

I like AG2R's idea. It's actually very classic. Kind of RMO in the 80's and 90's. The light jersey with a simple pattern works well with the solid pants. The problem is the unfortunate choice of colors.

Hopefully if brown is making a comeback, I missed it.

EXACTLY the colour choice was the only mistake.
Unfortunately at the yellow jersey ceremony i was thinking
"I used to have a pair of shorts that looked just like that, faded from the sun"
anyone else remember those shorts from the 80's, they wore like iron but eventually faded from black to brown?

and i really like the Agritubel kit, but my favourite still is Skil kind of like a throwback reminds me a little of the BROOKLIN jersey

Someone needs to do a jersey based off of this: (my favorite race car of all time)

as i stated in another thread, the new shade of the points jersey is the worst kit at the moment. Almost makes you not want to win it

I was wondering about that. So it IS different. I figured it might be a color-skew owing to the HD or maybe it was just the shade of green turned out by Columbia's kit sponsor.

Well. Whatever the case:

The more i watch the Tour the more the ASTANA jerseys annoy me.
They are on the front all the time and that yellow on white looks like pp stains they couldn't get out:eek:
and then the way the lines are drawn, it looks like some weird vest that Onslow would wear on "Keeping Up Appearances"
just looks like they were drawing without an eraser,
"thats no good, how about darke blue here? No? well maybe if we put light blue next to it, No, maybe some yellow blotches all over, oh heck slap some sponsor names on and it will be fine"
The Livestrong stuff looks so much better, maybe Lance is actually a huffy little girly man
"I refuse to wear thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat, I could design something better on a cocktail napkin while i sip my apple martini, THERE! Livestrong, the strong silent black against the Bold accent of yellow which i plan to wear thank you very much if i do say so myself this is ....
faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabulous!!!"
:D
