No sympathy for Armstrong, but some of the MPCC are ex-dopers or helped ex-dopers, seems a tad hypocritical to me.

I am struggling to think of a single anti-doping movement that is serious.

Anti-doping scandal movements abound. MPPC is one of them. Not sure how serious, but when race organisers opt to select only members of said MPCC for invitation to their race, it certainly looks kind of serious.
