Posting multiple comments in a row by certain members has been talked about in the recent past and prohibited due to a handful of members making it almost impossible for other members to partake in the conversation taking place in certain threads.
In this thread, in particular, there are a couple members who seem to have taken control of the thread by posting multiple comments in a row at an accelerated rate. Other members have difficulty posting and are fussed at when they do. None of this is in the sense of this forum. It could be considered a form of trolling and defiance of stated policies.
If the behavior by these multiple-post users does not change, those members will be permanently banned without further warning.
