I never heard of this guy, listened to the song that Aphronesis posted. Went on Amazon music and listened to a couple of others on that same album, couldn't believe how much music this guy has made..and those little data blurbs that scroll on Amazon said that he got his start in an Elvis cover band called The Dynamites..
Since I can't understand it I am going to use it for background and will go to a Market in El Cajon called Lulu's they are mostly Iraqi food, but have standard stuff, few kinds of eggplant dishes, humus, tabouli, other salads and this bread that I eat with yogurt, parsley and cucumber.. The oven looks like a ceramic washing machine thing, super, super hot inside, they roll out the bread dough the size of a big pizza looking thing and slam the dough against the side of the oven. It sticks on there until it's done sort of a fluffier pita like bread. All the Arabs around buy it all day so it's always hot and fresh.. In my opinion Turkish food is some of the best in the world, this music will make it better.. I make wrap sandwich thing using that bread and rotisserie chicken, I don't know what spices they use but it's awesome..
