On October 3 the GvA trophystarts again from Namur, my hometown. Last year Niels Albert made a lot of criticism but the route being too heavy - despite his win - for beginners and that it wasn't great for the audience (I was there and really enjoyed it).
Niels' lobbying has worked as the route is now changed. It now goes anticlockwise, the second pit stop will be on the Esplanade and some climbs are removed.
So this heavy climb will now be a descent:
