Now the Big Ten says it will schedule only conference games. Some other conferences are thought likely to follow suit, and of course the more conferences do this, the fewer possibilities for. non-conference games will remain for those conferences that still want to play them.

At a certain point, the season will be so modified and contracted, that colleges are likely to pack it in entirely.

And how many teams will take a risk on Brown now ?

I think 3 would be Sea, Bal, and TB. Even though Arians said no, Brady thinks highly of AB. If he AB "can" pull his shtick together he would be an amazing option for all 3. It would make all 3 offenses almost impossible to stop because you have to watch out for so many things.

On a side note, hopefully Browns get their offensive game plan together. They have too many weapons to be stagnant.

Kareem Hunt was a good pick up for the Browns. He was playing great before his suspension. He didn't do that much on his return later last season but I think he will do much better next season...........whenever that will be ! Mayfield and Odell also have to pick up their games. New coach might help the offense get back on track as well.

As for AB some teams will be interested but whether they act is another thing. Don't think he has many more chances left in the NFL, some think he's done already as the brand is too damaged. To be honest, I could see Kaep as a back up being signed before AB at the moment.

Quinton Dunbar...bribing witnesses to change their testimony and there is a witness to it as they're paid out in cash at his attorney's office?
What kind of dumbs*t attorney does that? Oh the kind that has a client that holds up party goers and steals their watches. Yeah, that kind.
More work for John Schneider to do.
Oh that isn't good at all for the attorney. That's career suicide if I ever saw one.

Dunbar's lawyer. Michael Greico, claims that there was no bribery, but rather extortion directed at his client:

“Law enforcement, both local and federal, was advised from day one and beyond that the alleged ‘victims’ in this case were actively extorting Baker and Dunbar,” Grieco stated. “These men fabricated a robbery story after waiting an hour to call police and then immediately began contacting the players demanding money.

But Dominic Johnson, a long-time friend of Dunbar's who allegedly arranged the meeting, says differently in a statement that would get any white man instantly fired:

“We all heading to the lawyer now to get the charges dropped I got them n----s to sign the papers,” Johnson allegedly wrote in one message on May 15. “Got them same n----s that said they got robbed to say they didn’t … Same n----s that got robbed I made them fix that s---.”

In any case, Dunbar should be a great project for Dr. Michael Gervais:

Since joining the Seahawks, Gervais and Carroll, who just released an Audible Original called Compete to Create: An Approach to Living and Leading Authentically, have worked together to help create a culture that inspires, encourages and supports players to be their best selves, both as NFL players and as men.

“Relationships are at the center of the culture,” Gervais tells InsideHook. “And that culture is nested in the result-driven, high performing environment of the NFL. Creating a container of psychological safety and exploration and high regard for each other’s experience is really important. What we do is help create conversations and practices to help people know themselves better and to know their teammates better. So really, the relationship begins with yourself and extends to other people.”

On the college scene, the Pac 12 has also announced it won't schedule any non-conference games, while the SEC commissioner says, "we are running out of time".

With the Mahomes deal done, the Chiefs have signed Chris Jones to a 4 year $85m extension. That doesn't look overly expensive, he was due to play this season on the franchise tag but threatening not to. The Chiefs have had a very good offseason
The RB they drafted looks the goods as well so they should have an improved running game too. Looks like a deadly offense and Jones re-signing was smart. He was their best defender in the SB and made some huge plays. I still put them ahead of the Ravens re the next playoffs. Lots of talk about Tampa and the Patriots but the Chiefs returning to the SB would be no surprise for me. If the 49ers can iron out some wrinkles on their offense they could also be hard to hold out again as well. But losing Mostert who has asked for a trade after already losing Sanders wouldn't be ideal even though Shanahan is very good at developing running backs and fitting them to his schemes. Their new WR Aiyuk looks very promising.

For his TB12 brand obviously his food and workout regime and lifestyle works for him but not everyone is built the same and benefits the same way. Same thing with medication or herbs when different people take them.
