Was wondering about that too.
Because I know for a fact Cancellara and Hushovd aren't really best friends (remember Paris-Roubaix this year, Tour last year?) so I'm afraid its cynical.
Judging by his spelling I would be surprised if he is smart enough to remember last year anyway.
I don't think there is any hard feelings between Cancellara and Thor. I have seen them talking and joking around in the peloton many times after P-R.
In P-R Thor actually wanted to pull with Cancellara to fight for the win, but the team managment wouldn't let him. This is why Cancellara tried to speak to the managment in the Garmin car in order to pursuade them to let Thor ride. Thor was forced to police Cancellara, some people call this wheelsucking, but it's just normal tactic. From Garmins point of view it was perfect, but Thor and Cancellara were the loosers. And I guess this is one of the reasons why the atmosphere between Thor and JV probably isn't that great. However, since Van Summeren was up the road with an advantage, the situation was kind of locked, nothing to do about it. I'm happy for Van Summeren though, he rode strong and it's nice for him to finally win such a race.
I think both Cancellara and Thor are profesional and they don't take these things so personally. Yesterday, both Gilbert and Thor had to wait for teammates that crashed and asses the situation. I'm not sure what Leopard's intentions were after the crash. Whether they wanted to be consistent to last years insident (neutralizing the stage), or maybe they wanted to ride. Anyway, this is the kind of situation where the radio plays a significant role. If they didn't have the radio it would be more personal.
