The new 2011 team kit from the Skil-Shimano team

I feel like the nice balance of the design is lost by turning the stripes green. What was it the old ladies used to say? Green and blue will never do.

EDIT. White shorts? When will these designers realise? After 200km of dirt and dribbly wee stains, white is worst!

Yeah, i hope it will be close to that, with the caisse d'epargne carbon-like pattern. It will be really tough to match the caisse kit, it was my favorite team and favorite kit.

looks somewhat more liquigas to me...

I got nothing when I clicked on the link to the new Skil-Shimano kit. Did that one look significantly different that this year's? The cool thing about their unis were that they hearkened back to the original Skil jerseys.

It looked the same as the current Skil jersey, except that the diagonal red stripes at the bottom of the jersey were green.

Hmmm... like the new Colnago CSF jersey last year, it's a lot more tasteful than the old one, but I think I might miss the ridiculous eyesore that was the Barbot-Siper jersey... this one looks rather like the old Colombia-Selle Italia jerseys, but without as many sponsors filling the space.

For teams currently in the midst of designing their 2011 kit: please, no white shorts

As expected no change to the Sky kit except the addition of one new sponsor, IGMarkets to the collar.

There are minor changes in collar colour and logo positioning (adidas).

But I would not be surprised, if we see a completely new kit for 2011 later on.

I would be surprised.. been a lot of complaints about kit price etc, if they change things too dramatically Fran (Millar) could have a bit of a PR job on her hands

Almost every team changes the kit every year (more or less significantly).
It is likely that it will look like wiggos pic above, but I still think a different version is possible.

And: I don't believe, that teams will take kit prices into account when they do a re-design for next season.
There should be different standards: (new) sponsors, supplier, PR strategy, ...

Prices are high, but that's applicable to almost every team kit.
