The new jerseys look too much like Katusha -- unless Katusha has changed their's and I just missed it. I know that only so many colors look good, but I hate when teams seem to keep re-using them as I get confused watching races on TV about who is on what team. Part of that is because I'm getting too old to keep track of everything and I have a hard enough time remembering what I ate for breakfast, but recycling the same color schemes doesn't help.

I personally dislike the national champion kits which have the coloured bands around the centre and white for the rest of the jersey. It is really boring and a poor excuse for a team jersey. Though it is fine for the world champion's jersey.

Does the same apply to national team jerseys, such as the one in your avatar?

Personally I think it depends on the country. Germany, for example, have always, in almost all sports, been white with black, red and gold trim, so it makes sense for them to have a white jersey with the national flag bands. Portugal, well, a white jersey with the national flag bands just looks more stylish than a great big green and red thing like Tiago Machado wore as TT champ.

Hmm right now it's not hard to spot Terpstra though. I kinda like it when the national champions are good to spot. Also for someone not following cycling very much it's very clear who became the dutch champion.

Maybe not the most beautiful kit, but it will do it's job.

Here’s a quick peek at the Colnago M10 Team Type 1 will be riding in 2011. Looks like the stock blue frame, although the fork graphics look a little different than what’s featured on Colnago’s site. Pretty slick!

That's not quite what I'd expect to hear from an Aussie. :D

Doesn't bother me as much at the worlds tbh. Firstly they only ride in them once a year and secondly generally the bands are a bit wider so the rest of the jersey doesn't seem "empty". Travis meyer's this year wasn't too bad but I thought Wiggins & thomas' national champion jerseys were pretty average.
