It's difficult to see from this angle, but there are vertical white stripes on it too. At first I thought it was Denifl

That's terrible. If you're going with the subtle white-with-bands design then the top of the jersey should be white too.

Movistar and Leopard have really lowered the bar for national jerseys this year.

I thought maybe this is not the customized team version yet? It would be interesting to see pictures from the Algarve ITT, see if they had them there.

Since we've been in the Volta ao Algarve, we've seen all of the Portuguese péloton's new jerseys.

First up, LA-Antarte-Rota dos Móveis:

First of all, the good: they have barely changed the jersey at all. The orange fading to white with the logo over it and the black squares looked stylish and simple, and was one of my favourite jerseys in the péloton last year.

However, the bad: they used to match that nice jersey with simple, stylish black shorts. This year the shorts are orange and white too, and that's just not good.

Secondly, Tavira-Prio:

Frankly, this is rather dull, and reminds me of Karpin-Galicia before the more stylish Xacobeo jerseys took their places. A real step back from last year's jersey, and I'd prefer Prio's logos to take more precedence to disguise the huge amount of empty space.

Thirdly, Barbot-Efapel:

Barbot have always had some bright eyesores; when the linkup with Efapel was first announced we were presented with a dull white jersey not unlike an old Androni jersey or the Tavira-Prio one. Thankfully, madness has prevailed, and we see something more befitting of Barbot - but with canary yellow and scarlet red replaced by neon yellow and deep blue.

Finally, Onda-Boavista:

This jersey is amazing for one reason and one reason only: no more checkerboard shorts in the péloton!

"The FSCL rulebook even lists the withdrawing of the permission to start races, as the most severe punishment. But things will not come that far. It's got to be a new jersey ..."

Yes, that's one source.
I also heard it from a friend who lives in Lux and has some connection to the cycling scene in Lux.
At the final paragraph they also speak about Andy's TT jersey/suit!

The TT-stuff shouldn't be a big deal, cause you only have to change the suit which is needed 5-10 times a year.
When it comes to Fränk's kit they also have to change all the collateral items like LS jerseys, vests, jackets, ...

I am sure they will also change Jakob's suit, to make a clean cut!

"On March 1st Brian Nygaard will draw first conclusions from his team's performances so far, as well as comment on the news surrounding LEOPARD TREK. Very interesting seems a different part of the program: 'the official jersey will be presented', says the official invitation. Because the contract with Enovos was made on rather short notice, in the beginning of January, the electricity company's name is 'only' on the team cars but not yet on the jersey. A query of Tageblatt as to where the logo will be remains unanswered.

The most probable position will be on the sleeves, as one can already see on the official team pictures at leopardtrek.lu, as well as replacing the name of the rider*. On March 1st, the question regarding the national champions jerseys will probably also be answered."

*I didn't know whether to translate "Kragen" by "collar". So far I have only heard "collar" when speaking of a cat's "Halsband", whereas a "Kragenpulli" would be a "turtleneck" to the best of my knowledge.

collar is right.

I've also seen some prototype pictures of new bibs with show enovos 4 times.
- Somewhere (left and right) at the back near the seams together with Craft and Trek (who are already there).
and
- at the sidepanels between the blue band and 'Leopard'
All of these 4 showings were quite small like on the jersey of the riders profiles.
