Because all the new riders got an exemption by their former team to wear the Blanco outfit on the team presentation except for Wagner. RadioShack was the only team that reacted quite pathetic.

Wonder by they don't list etxeondo as their clothing supplier.
I know that there were statements that kit will come from Giant, but it's clearly from EO and could also be seen at their first meeting back in November when riders were measured.
If you do a custom job as a manufacturer (as Moa/Nalini, Giordana do for example), you usually hide it a bit better (e.g. zipper with EO-Logo).

It's not common at all to not be allowed to wear the jersey of your new team on a presentation and photo shoot. It is indeed common to not be allowed to wear it on the road.
