I really wonder who Ok'd the Kit's design and if the riders ever get to express their opinion, because is just horrendous to have to wear something so visually unappealing.....

Like hrotha said, something you'd buy in decathlon. I never thought I'd pine for the fricking Leopard-Trek kit.

Everybody wants a nice, slick, corporate looking jersey, so that they can look "professional". But this doesn't even look like that, because it's so basic it looks cheap.

At least they surely can't screw up the national champions' kits worse than Leopard and Radioshack though, as even a Movistar-esque three-bands-across-the-middle will look OK, like a bargain basement version of Pozzato's black Катюша kit.

I am also hopeful for the national champions jerseys, since this jersey has no design they should not be limited to tiny stripes like with Radioshack. I am hoping full-on flag jerseys

Anyway, the Luxembourg jersey is what a classy national champions' kit should be. The Croatian kit looks like a harlequin wearing a tanktop.

Yes, I actually think it is ugly. A lot of cycling jerseys are, but at least some of them are ugly in a very distinctive sense.

And we wanted something that was different from all the other teams.

All black is different from all the other teams? In case they hadn't noticed, all black is kinda become a pretty common trend in cycling kits.

For more visibility, we added the white sleeve and white ring at the bottom of the shorts, on opposite sides.

I'm sure a couple white bands will do a ton to make the Trek riders easy and simple to spot...not. Why not just use a distinctive and colorful design? Be a lot easier to spot then black IMO.
