Agreed.Whilst we all immediately focused on Jaycos purpleness, & just wait till one of the riders gets nicknamed Barney 🦕 by Kirby, we totally missed their grey, or "shadow" as they are calling it, shorts. Apparently Maap were bored with the navy & black shorts in the peloton, so went for grey instead. Ime light grey shorts with sweat stains aren't very flattering, but we shall see.
Also they had to get sign off with the purple from the UCI for the Liv Alula Jayco side, because purple is (maybe was) the WWT leaders jersey colour.
Too much white on the jersey I think, but at least Nairoman should be easy to spot. The leak in the first post seems to be confirmed:

Hm, could one call this modern, computer-generated art? Because maybe I'm too traditional, but these multi-color, multi-pattern designs that appear to be the latest trend just aren't really working for me.

I much prefer the current 2024 one,
I don't really like the splotches that appear to be the trend for next season, it looks like the riders had just played some paintball. (Which could be fun, but it just doesn't look good on a cycling jersey.)Agreed, I liked this seasons alot, I think what they've tried to do here is make a version of that but only slightly different and it doesn't work, plus godawful krypto sponsors logos

Meanwhile, Fenix asked the important question; why have one kit, when you can have three?

It's definitely not their major audience, but still wonder if the marketers and promotional people (for SDWorx) gave thought to how folks in the U.S. would read the graphics used in their new kit post on X. I immediately thought of turnpikes and oil refineriesTeam SD Worx. 😱
Apparently a newspaper print inspired jersey...us Brits have a saying today's newspaper is tomorrow's chip paper, soaked in grease and vinegar.🤣

Sources are saying that the rider in the forefront was looking ahead for the real team kit, despite being told by his dejected teammates that the dream is dead: No more glorious brown red and white with a touch of blue here and there. He'll need to find his inspiration elsewhere.Decathlon AG2R bring out a boring version of their 2024 jersey for 2025 (#BringBackBrown)
