it feels a bit twee when theres nothing to back it up in terms of how they race or go about being a cycling team, like in what way do their stripes challenge them to be better or to inspire them. At least with Sky it was about the line they drew and they treated it as the teams philosophy, even if you could argue they didnt keep to it, but it was part of the teams mantra.
whilst the one detail they miss here from the kits is any previous national winners recognition on the sleeves, like nearly every other team has.
or like EF have even given Kristen Faulkner gold seams this year.

Good thing they've at least randomly slapped a sponsor on the sleeves like it's a white sticker when half of the rest of the jersey is also white, otherwise this would have been completely unidentifiable as an Italian PCT kit.

Luckily they did, so they keep up the tradition of delivering amazing jerseys. The Italian PCT aestethic is perhaps my favourite in terms of jersey design. Can't remember a not-amazing Bardiani jersey.
Unfortunately there aren't enough Italian PCT teams around to really make the peloton look great. But MBH Bank is good, although a bit too elegant for my taste. Luckily Solution Tech-Vini Fantini more than makes up for that. But I still miss Androni.

NSN from the back is definitely the best, not quite sold on the front of the jersey though. Groupama's is also very good. Kern Pharma and Uno-X are the same as last year and therefore retain their high spots, and Caja is a bit old-fashioned but in a good way.
As for the worst, Q36 is the most boring jersey I've ever seen and Ineos have made a mess. Would be very funny if they wind up racing in that kit in a wet Roubaix.
Overall, there aren't many jerseys I dislike and it's a good year for recognisability, but there is nothing even close to all-time best jersey material. I miss Lotto's anniversary kit already.

Santini have in the past prided themselves on turning around such national kit within days, not weeks/months later, like literally when the nationals are held and if its a rider on a team with their kit, theyve got them their new national jersey to wear almost by next day delivery service.
and this just happens to be a team who we know are pretty rotten at coming up with decent national jerseys, and he's literally telling you the issue he or the team had, they didnt want the sponsors logos on the maple leaf, theyre isnt alot of room to work around that as a limitation.

It can be pulled off. FDJ had one of the all-time great kits with white shorts. But they had the common sense to use blue shorts with it for early-season races.
